"The Dunes are saved!! Thank you all so much!!" Randy exclaims.

TheMetal isn't happy though, the pirates escaped and might come back. He writes a letter and calls Chicago.
"Chicago, do you think you can find Officer Trunks?", TheMetal asks.

"Why does everyone think I somehow can't find the right person anymore?!? I have done this work for ages and never delivered a card or letter to the wrong person." "I don't say you can't find him, but they're on a ship somewhere between here and Skull Island or even on Skull Island. I can't say where he is exactly.¢

"Don't worry, sir, I will find him and deliver your letter." Chicago says. He takes the letter and flies off, in search of Officer Trunks.

A few days later, Trunks noticed that the strange parrot was gone. 'It was a weird parrot,' Trunks thinks, 'I'm sure it was up to something, but what? Something I will never find out, most likely.¢

"Sir?", the Cook said, "We are running out of fresh food and we know this great spot, us pirates call it Fishing Grounds. The fish will almost jump on the ship, so easy to to catch.¢

"Let's get to that spot then, we could use some fresh food after all these weeks.¢

"Coo, coo!!! I have a letter from TheMetal!" Chicago yelled while trying to catch up with the ship. "It's for Officer Trunks." he said, when d4rk_saga tries to take the letter.
"But I can take it to Officer Trunks for you," d4rk_saga replied.

But Chicago shook his head and refused to give the letter to anyone else than Trunks.

When Trunks took the letter, Chicago wanted to leave, but Rummy said he should at least stay to catch some breath, eat and drink something before returning home. It was a long flight and the return flight won't be any shorter.
d4rk and Trunks both agreed and Chicago thought it might indeed be good to at least have some food and a little rest before returning home and who knows, Officer Trunks might want to reply to TheMetal.

"Well, now I know why that parrot was circling our ship." Officer Trunks told the rest of the crew. "Another group of pirates tried to destroy Randy's Dune Diggers. But all of the Powerpetters stood up and saved the dunes. Unfortunately the pirates escaped.¢

"We will have to watch out for that group and the parrot," d4rk said. "There are tons of parrots flying around here," the First Mate said. "We are close to Parrot Island." "And we might see a couple of other ships at the Fishing Grounds," the Cook replied, "it's a hot spot for all that live around here."

"Did you see that look on Trunks' face?" Rummy said to d4rk_saga that evening.

"Yes, that was one scary face!!" d4rk replied, "And I'm quite used to scary stuff. Looked like he cracked!"
"To me, that look will be the Twisted Trunks look!" Rummy said and headed off to bed.

The next day Officer Trunks had a reply ready for TheMetal and sent Chicago home, telling him to be careful and watch out for parrots and other ships.

Not long after Chicago left, the First Mate said they reached the Fishing Ground and it was time to catch some fresh fish for dinner.

Realm Explorations

So you've become more accustomed to the bustling areas of Lyth's realms, and are ready to explore further? Well, the Adventurer's Guild will be happy to hear that...

Realm Explorations are now available in Arborea! Once per day, you can venture into the wilds of Arborea and possibly return with crafting ingredients, creatures, or other items! However, to embark on an exploration, you must first be at least rank 2 familiarity with the realm.

What will you find in the depths of the forest...?

The Realm Explorations feature can be found via the Activities navigation in the Activities Hub or by visiting the realm map itself.

If you have not yet unlocked a key to Arborea, each of your Lythians may obtain a free starter realm from their profile, and then unlock more via the keys available in Truffle's Treasure Trove or by tagging along in collaborative works with others who have already unlocked a realm's key!

Upcoming Art Guidelines Updates

We are currently working on a series of clarification and balancing art submission updates. The planned date for updated guidelines to go into effect is September 1st, 2021.

While we transition to the updated guidelines, some art approvals may be delayed if they are affected by new values ¢ we will attempt to approve submissions currently waiting and those sent in between now and September 1 using the version of the guidelines that will give the submissions the highest "value."

On the list of possible value changes (may still be subject to change before final release):

- Writing and Music categories will likely remain unchanged.

- The removal of "Companion" as a prop. It will be possible to "grade" Companions as a full-fledged character in a piece.

- The addition of a Simple Character category which overrides other size (headshot, half body, full body) options. Simple characters will include some baby Lythians and most Companions. This means that some baby Lythians (Flytes, Nitpickies, etc.) will be worth less after this update. However, this also means that all Companions will be worth more than they currently are, even when categorized as a "Simple Character."
-- Some complex Companions (Fuwa Bozu, Roobites) will be able to receive "full body" grades.

- We will be clearly defining the difference between a "Simple Character" and a "Standard Character" based on the number of distinct features or "segments" their body has. This way we can better reward the effort that some complex Companions require to draw.

- Clarification and positive value adjustments for various 2D unlined and painterly styles.

In Summary:
- Most submission grading will be unchanged, but clarified and organized in a more readable fashion.
- Companions will be worth more when drawn or modeled. (Wait to submit 2D and 3D companion art until after September 1st.)
- Some Lythian babies will be worth slightly less when drawn or modeled. (Do submit 2D and 3D baby Lythian art before September 1st if you have any waiting to be submitted.)
