Crystal Sparklers Subbreed Thread | No Guild Cost to make: 27.5 CWP (20 CWP for Silver Token with Underside or Dapple Marking and Crystal Mutation, 6 CWP for Underside or Dapple Dye in Emporium, and ~7.9 WC in shop dyes) Celebratory Month: June / Sparkling June-spiration Subbreed Blurb: In 2019, the site had a Create-A-Subbreed Contest and the Crystal Sparkler design won! According to the news post, this design won because: "All of the expensive dyes and mutations are TD, and there's no Token only markings so this design is relatively cheap. Allows for some wiggle room with colors and mutations which we approve of and all around looks very nice." The current custom Sparklers are fairly monotone in nature as that kind of palette lends itself well to the standard. This year is the year we are hoping to include some Rule Breakers and Alternative Sparklers to the group! Examples:

Hello players! Can you believe we're nearly halfway through September already? We have a couple things to go over before we get to the really exciting part of this week's newsletter.

Alliance Updates

Firstly, thank you all for voting for your favorite alliance! Winners will be determining which Alliances will be receiving new Alliance-exclusive genes, so without further ado, the winners are:

1st place: Iazinata (Mythical and Rainbow worlds)
2nd place: Claleoroe (Volcano, Dragon, and Shadow worlds)
3rd place: Fleoqispea (Plains and Forest worlds)

In the upcoming weeks, we will be coming out with new genes for these alliances.

This leads to yet another vote – which gene would you all like to see?

Next, we are happy to announce that all Alliances have been refreshed and (mostly) new genes are now in rotation. Good luck, we love to see what beauties you find!

Beauty Giveaway Contest

We are thrilled to announce a new contest -- and the prizes are legendary!

RULES

1. Create an official CE breed horse from the Mythical or Rainbow World. Each entry MUST contain at least 4 original genes from the breed, the rest is up to you! Horses must be at least 3 years old (no foals).

For example: you decide to create a Lorzal horse for your entry. 4 original genes can include the horn, mane & tail, body color, and decoration that are exclusive to the Lorzal breed. You can then add as many other genes you'd like to make your horse as beautiful as can be! 

2. Recolors of the breed's genes will not be considered an "original" gene.

3. One entry per player. If you change your mind at any time before the deadline, please update your entry by editing your post. If there are two or more entries by a single player, any prior entries will be disqualified and the most recent entry will be used.

4. Entry must include the link to the horse.

DEADLINE: September 28th
Winners will be ANNOUNCED September 30th!

15 years... Time marches on. Seems it goes so fast anymore. Feels like just yesterday our little pumas turned into teens! now... ::sigh:: on their way to adults!

Thank you all for being here to celebrate with us. YES, it's been rough, we have had our ups and downs. We have lost people along the way but gained some new friends. I hope we can make this event fun this year. We will do our best.
