Hello players, and hello June! We hope everyone is enjoying the warmer temperatures, maybe even getting some time at the beach, too! With a new month comes new genes, and this month, we give homage to the wonderful sun and the brightness and life it brings.

This month, we're spotlighting the color yellow, a much underused and unappreciated color, so for the month of June, we've introduce the Basics Yellow line for the Magic Shop! Available in June only!

Also, some of you may have noticed already -- the Twirl alliance gene now comes in more colors! Available for the entire summer, they can now be found in every alliance.

Flashback

Look out for an update to a Forest World breed, coming this month! As a preview, let's step back and take a look at the origin Marvel breeds that have made it into Celestia!

First, we have the classic Iarorni, certainly one of the most popular and beloved of the Marvel breeds. Its underwent some minor alterations, but nothing that takes away from its original beauty!

Secondly, the Misae, a later but nonetheless gorgeous Marvel breed!

And lastly, the Norili easily sauntered its way into Celestia in a flashy flutter of flowers!

Crafty Things


Some crafting recipes have been sneaking in.. or recently rediscovered :')

I totally didn't forget to put in hints or tell anyone.. Pshh.. who would do that?

Items include an openable Shadow Crystal Ball, a set of Straw and Leather wearables with 3 items in each set, and a bunch of frames! :)

Easier Bulk Puma Clowder Removal


You can now quickly remove all the clowders from a puma via their profile or the Bulk Puma Manager.

The seasons are changing, and with them, the Token Booth stock has swapped over! Welcome the brand new Pawsome Pal Bubbles, Bubble Shooter, and Terrafrost Cake, which can all be purchased with tokens.



If you missed out on any of the older Summer Token Booth Items, you can try to find one in the Summer Goodie Bag.

Instead of the Token Booth stock changing over on the first of their respective months, they will now occur around the 2nd or 3rd, to avoid overcrowding on the usual first of the month news posts.

The lairs of Flight Rising move to new locales!

Lair Location Expansion
For our ninth anniversary our art team revamped all of the banner and wallpaper artwork for each of the flights.

We are now ready to implement the third step of that update: A third set of lair locations. Players may now choose between three lair banners under their account settings. This choice will affect how your lair's banner wallpaper appears to you and to your visitors.

There are many locations in Sornieth that dragons call home. Over the next year our artists will be working on the next set of banners for our dragon clans. The next set of planned banners will include:

Jigsaw Additions
There are 20 new puzzle possibilities for Jigsaw! These puzzles will not be available until after rollover, when Jigsaw reboots to prevent players who are currently assembling puzzles from losing their progress.





Brightshine Jubilee Skin Contest
The thirteenth annual Brightshine Jubilee will begin on Monday, June 23, 2025, and we're running a skin and accent contest in celebration! Please note that the contest ends on a Wednesday. Click here for more information!
